We handle virtually every type of corporate transaction related to real estate as well, including mergers, acquisitions, transfers of stock, shares, membership and partnership interests, syndications, participations and other interests, and formation and governance of investment vehicles, joint ventures and partnerships among entities that own or seek to own and/or develop or manage real estate and related assets.
We also provide outside general counsel services to several companies that own or lease real estate. In the event of a dispute relating to commercial real estate, we represent our clients in a number of different forums including mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal courts.
