Woodstock, NY (May 29, 2024) – Lester Shaw & Levy LLP today announced that it has represented client Dayglo Presents, a live music and media company led by independent music impresario Peter Shapiro, in signing a triple net lease for the Bearsville Theater at 291 Tinker Street in Woodstock, New York.
The Bearsville Theater is privately owned and recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation. The 10,900-square-foot performance venue, which has a standing room capacity of up to 500 and can seat up to 260, will begin operating under the Dayglo Presents flag on June 1, offering a live music lineup of national headliners.
