Before joining us, he worked at a large Brooklyn-based law firm, focusing on high-stakes litigation.
Dean has successfully represented clients across various industries, with notable cases including:
- Winning an international arbitration case at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center on behalf of a mineral rights purchaser.
- Representing homeowners in multimillion-dollar litigation over defective construction.
- Securing full payment plus interest for contractors in a mechanics’ lien foreclosure action.
- Defending a real property seller against a “procuring cause” claim from a former broker.
